1. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful activity
• Disrupt, interfere with, or abuse system performance
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access unauthorized parts of the system
• Use AI-generated content to create harmful, fraudulent, or misleading material

2. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides responses generated by AI models from OpenAI (such as GPT-5). You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
• You are responsible for verifying important information
• AI output should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your input for generating AI responses
• Store temporary logs solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service

We do not claim ownership of your chat messages or uploaded content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

If the Service offers paid subscriptions, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or linked account upon purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• All purchases are final except where required by law

5. Prohibited Activities

• Sending malicious, harmful, or offensive content
• Using the Service for spam or automated misuse
• Interfering with security or performance
• Accessing data or accounts without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syvo Pulse LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions, inaccuracies, or performance issues

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect abuse or security risks
• We are required by law or platform policies

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
